We offer a 30-day replacement window for items that arrive damaged or incorrect only. Customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue.

Due to our limited stock, we maintain a strict no-refund, no-return policy for all orders. Please read the details carefully before making your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or accidental orders. Once your order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Each pair of glasses is crafted with care and purpose, and your purchase helps us continue creating innovative, high-quality POV experiences.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your glasses arrives damaged during shipping, or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at coralineteam@outlook.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly review your case and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement.
Please note that damages caused by improper use (e.g., dropping the glasses) are not covered.

Handcrafted Variations

Because our glasses are carefully assembled, minor variations in color, finish, or details are natural and part of their unique character. These differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically delivered within 7–15 business days after shipping. During high-volume periods, delivery times may vary.

Customers must allow the full delivery timeframe before requesting a replacement or filing a dispute. Orders that are still in transit are not considered lost. Once an order is shipped, delivery is handled by third-party carriers. In the event of a confirmed lost package, we will assist with a carrier investigation or offer a replacement where applicable.
