What Does “Pre-Order” Mean?

Our lamps are currently available as pre-orders while we continue refining and improving the molds to achieve the best possible design and quality.

Because of this, the lamp you receive may vary slightly from the images shown on our website. We continuously make small improvements to each version, meaning a lamp purchased today may differ slightly from one purchased a few months ago.

The images displayed on our website represent the latest version and current mold design of the product.

Each lamp is made to order, meaning production begins once your order is placed.

Due to the nature of resin production and the time required for crafting, curing, and quality control, pre-orders may take approximately 2–3 months before shipment.

During this production period, tracking updates may not appear immediately. Don’t worry — this is completely normal, and your lamp is actively being crafted and prepared.

Customers must provide clear photo or video proof of the issue within 30 days of delivery.

If your order arrives with broken parts or a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll gladly send a replacement or provide a solution to make things right if warranty was purchased.

How do I clean and care for my lamp?

To keep your lamp looking its best, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth.

We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as UV rays may cause the resin to yellow over time.

If the wooden base ever appears dry, you can restore its finish using a small amount of light furniture oil.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our lamps, all sales are final once an order has been placed.

Production and material preparation begin shortly after purchase, which means we are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or order changes after checkout.
